What’s Included in Our UI/UX Design Service?

Our UI/UX design service covers UI design and UX design together, the interface and the flows behind it: how a page or screen is laid out, how people move from one step to the next, and how every component behaves. All work is designed in Figma, with consistent components and a clear layer structure, so your developers can inspect styles, export assets and build without guessing.

Website design: marketing and brochure websites, homepages, service and product pages, blog templates, navigation and footers, designed for desktop and mobile.

Landing page design: campaign and conversion pages with a single goal, built around the copy and offer your team supplies.

E-commerce website design: product pages, collections, filters, baskets and checkout flows for Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento stores.

Web app and dashboard design: interfaces for SaaS products, portals and internal tools, including dashboards, workflows, data views, settings and account areas.

Mobile app design: screens, flows, navigation patterns and icon sets for iOS and Android apps.

Design systems and UI component libraries: a shared library of colours, type, spacing and components, so every new screen your product team adds stays consistent.

Work with a UK-based UI/UX designer every business day from £1,099 a month, excluding VAT

Design Cloud is a subscription design service. You submit requests through our platform and your UK-based designer delivers progress every business day, for a flat monthly fee per designer with no long-term contract unless you choose one.

A streamlined platform with a UK-based design team

Every brief, Figma link, comment and approval lives in one place, so your product and marketing teams can see where each request stands.

UK UI/UX designers who learn your product

You work with the same designers every business day. Each designer works with several clients, but because they come back to your product day after day, they learn your components, users and preferences quickly. If you need more done in parallel, you can add a second designer. Every designer has passed our three-stage hiring process and has at least three years’ full-time industry experience.

You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for, with no fluctuations or extra charges. You don't even need to sign into any long term contract if you don't want to.

How we compare

UI/UX agency, freelancer or subscription: how they compare

UX design agencies and larger design companies are the right call when you need research, testing and one team for design and development under a single contract. A freelancer works well for a defined project with a designer whose portfolio fits. A subscription makes most sense when you have developers in place and a steady flow of design work for them.

How our UI/UX design service works

Our design process runs as requests in your queue. Your designer works on one request at a time and sends an update every business day, so you see the design take shape and steer it as it goes.

1. Send your brief. Share the pages or features you need, a sitemap or feature list, your brand assets, the copy you have, and links to sites or apps you like. If you already have a design system, add it.

2. Agree the structure. Your designer maps the user flows and produces wireframes, so you can sign off the layout and the key design decisions before any visual design starts.

3. Review the UI. The wireframes become high-fidelity UI in Figma, using your brand and components.

4. Refine with daily updates. You leave feedback on the platform, or in Slack, and get the next version the following business day. Revisions are unlimited.

5. Hand over to your developers. Your designer organises the final Figma file with named frames, components and styles for your developers to build from.

A landing page might take a few updates; a full website or a 20-screen app is delivered in stages over many business days.

What our UI/UX design service doesn’t include

Our UI/UX design service is design only. Our designers follow established UX good practice, but they don’t run research. If your project starts with open questions about what users need, a research-led UX agency is the better first step. Once you have their findings, our designers can design from them. If you need the design built, your in-house developers or development partner take the Figma files from there.

01

Coding or web development

No HTML or CSS, no Webflow, WordPress or Shopify builds, and no app development. You receive Figma files ready for your developers.

02

UX research and usability testing

We don’t run user research, user interviews or usability testing. Our designs follow standard UX good practice.

03

UX audits and consulting

We don’t provide UX audits, analytics reviews or UX consulting. We design from the brief and findings you bring.

04

Copywriting and SEO

Your team supplies the words. We don’t write copy or provide SEO services; we design around the content you give us.

Book a demo and we’ll show you how it works

If you have developers in place and a steady flow of design work for them, book a demo and we’ll recommend the UI/UX plan that fits.

How much do UI/UX design services cost?

Design Cloud’s UI/UX design services cost £1,099, £1,299 or £1,499 per designer per month, excluding VAT, on a rolling monthly plan. The plan sets the complexity of work your designer takes on, not the number of requests.

UI/UX Essential, £1,099: marketing and brochure website designs, landing pages, basic wireframes.
UI/UX Agency, £1,299: everything in Essential, plus e-commerce website design (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and membership or booking platform design.
UI/UX PRO, £1,499: everything in Agency, plus full web and mobile app design, design systems and UI component libraries.

Longer commitments cost less. Quarterly, six-month and annual terms reduce the first month by 10% to 30% and every month after by 5% to 15%, depending on plan and term, and an annual prepaid plan is 20% off every month. There are no promo codes. Every UI/UX plan includes a Slack channel with your designers, unlimited users and unlimited brands.

Rather than a fixed UX design package, you get ongoing design capacity: when one project is signed off, the next request in your queue starts. See full pricing and contract terms on our pricing page.
