When you sign up. you'll work with the same designer for as long as you decide to stay with us. If your designer is off that day, a member of our team will pick up your work.
All of our team are based in the UK and are available to work with Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm (UK time). We're a remote first business with a head office in central Manchester.
We don't use AI for customer service (or design work) you'll always be able to reach out to a real human if you need any help while working with us.
