Intro + Problem
England Golf is the governing body for amateur golf in England aiming to inspire participation and grow the game across their 1,800 affiliated clubs and 720,000 members. When they first approached Design Cloud, England Golf already had an in-house designer working on their brand. The main reason for reaching out? Capacity. There is an enormous amount of work needed for England Golf, and to support their in-house designer, we provided value during peak times to help deliver across a range of large and small-scale projects.
To manage the flow of work, England Golf were also utilising freelancers. However, this came with its own challenges. They needed a solution that provided reliable, high-quality design support that aligned with their deadlines and offered value for money.

The Solution
Armed with lots of questions, England Golf booked a demo to learn more about the service and see how their existing designer could best use Design Cloud. Once they were ready and confident that we could help, they signed up and were matched with their own Design Cloud designer. After an initial onboarding call, they were all set and ready to start sending through jobs. Since starting, their Design Cloud designer has seamlessly plugged in to their existing design process, handling primarily social media posts and simple design jobs that can be easily briefed by England Golf’s experienced designer. Design Cloud has offered England Golf the consistency and reliability that they were seeking without having to hire an additional member to their team, and helped their in-house designer to deliver exceptional work that fit their timeframes.
